Ethics Statement and Disclosures

I am an employee of GV, a venture capital firm that is a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. I have worked for Alphabet (formerly Google) since 2006. I have a financial interest in several GV funds. Whenever possible I’m careful to disclose when I am an investor in a particular company, either through GV or personally. Sometimes I cannot disclose an investment if the company has chosen not to make it public yet. You can see a comprehensive list of GV portfolio companies on our website.

I have a close relationship with many other groups within Alphabet including Google. I also continue to own stock in Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google Ventures and Google Inc. I also really like everybody there. That said, I carry an iPhone.

Please understand that the opinions stated on this site are my own, not those of my employer.

You can always contact me with questions at [email protected]
